This Refund Policy sets out the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted by Millennia Immigration Consultancy, also known as Millennia Visas, the Company, We, Us, or Our, in relation to immigration, visa, consultancy, and related services provided to our clients.

The nature of immigration and visa services involves professional advisory work, administrative processing, documentation preparation, and engagement with third-party authorities. As such, fees charged by the Company may cover services that are time-based, non-reversible, or partially performed. This Refund Policy is intended to provide clarity on eligibility for refunds, applicable limitations, and the process for requesting a refund.

This Policy applies to all Clients, meaning individuals or entities who seek, engage, or receive services from the Company. By engaging the Company’s services or making any payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.

A 70% deposit is required before services begin, and the 30% balance is paid once a visa appointment is secured.

For services requiring immediate processing (e.g. e Visa or passport applications), 100% payment may be required upfront.

The 70% deposit is non-refundable once service has begun, as it covers administrative, advisory, and document handling work.

If full payment is made and the client cancels, only 50% of the total amount may be refunded.

If Millennia Immigration Consultancy fails to deliver or initiate the service entirely due to internal issues, a full refund will be issued. In the case of partially completed services, a partial refund or service credit may be offered at our discretion.

We offer expert guidance and support but do not guarantee visa approvals. The final decision is made by the respective embassy or immigration authority.

Refunds will not be issued due to visa rejections, unless Millennia is responsible for an error that caused the rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
